Rekha Shah Respondent - Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) Decision announced : 30.9.2009" RTI Act mandates that information concerning life or liberty of a person shall be provided within 48 hours. Here, in such an extraordinary appeal where admittedly the matter concerned liberty of a person, the CIC (ie. Mr Habibullah and his corrupt little Registry) has taken 3 YEARS !!!! to dispose of the 2nd appeal. On behalf of this group's members I beg Mr Habibullah to please spare us citizens from such torture. As a member of the world's 2nd most ineffecient baboodom, Mr Habibullah surely recalls Mr Parkinson's "3rd Law" "Delay is the deadliest form of denial" C.Northcote Parkinson. Incidentally, we do hope that Mr Habibullah enquires into the REAL REASONS why the 2nd Appeal filed in early 2007 only came up for hearing in 2009 and share the findings with citizens.
