Dear Nilkanth 1) Why should I name only 3 people ?
2) As per CIC's RTI disclosure which I had cited, each and every person who had made any suggestion to CIC or given any feedback or participated in CIC's formulation of policy should be invited to the convention and allowed to speak without fear or favour. NB: The above is without prejudice to my stand that there is no provision in law (especially RTI Act) which REQUIRES or PERMITS CIC to organise such "Conventions" at public expense. If at all such events are to be organised it is the function of the "appropriate government" per the scheme of the RTI Act and NOT the CIC's. So I repeat for Mr Habibullah's benefit "If you MUST organise these conventions for the limited benefit of particular NGO then please do so with your personal funds and not ours."
