Hi 1) You are entitled to get COPIES of existing records containing personal information of Public servants -such as what you seek.
2) Thereafter, the PIO is required to invoke section 8(1)(j) and section 11 of the RTI Act AGAINST you. 3) You will then have to justify to the Appellates the "larger public interest" WHY you are seeking this information. 4) The APPELLATE Authority (FAA or CIC) will have to decide if the larger public interest in disclosure OUTWEIGHS the HARM to the PROTECTED INTERESTS.
