I wish to further COMPLAIN that an URGENT COMPLAINT (concerning Life and
Liberty information request) submitted through CIC's prize winning Online
Portal has not been registered and the current status is not reflecting
either.
The Unique Code given to me for the Complaint is "P/RC/UG/09/105536em3"
Kindly ensure that prompt action is taken on this Complaint and that a
hearing is convened immediately or within 48 hours.
