Statistical records are maintained in the office of Chief Information commsiioner regarding each benches. Pune where Mr. Kuvalekar is the IC has the pendency, will take atleast 35 months to clear. Navin Kumar is giving inerim orders. In mumbai sic division pendency is reduced to 90 days for 80 percent of applications.
