Dear Col Kurup These entire so-called "National" RTI awards are a big fraud financed by money from CIA and industrialists routed through touts masquerading as RTI activists.
On the other hand you have a free and open poll like we conducted to evaluate the CIC ICs. As you know this group is an open and transparent group, we do not deny membership to applicants and everyone (with a Yahoo ID or email) can post and vote without moderation or censorship. So what would YOU believe, that IC M.L. SHARMA is a GOOD IC (like our members surveyed opine) or that he is the WORST IC (like Arvind Kejriwal's dubious survey found) ???
