The Moderators of this Group have viewed very seriously the disclosure (outside
this group) of votes cast in the poll so as to influence members to vote here.

principle reads as follows: "vi) To appreciate that the "Right to Information"
ought not to be used by patriotic citizens so as to obstruct the working of
their Government, or to victimise honest and efficient officers etc. by
