When I was travelling by bus, a co passenger asked me

Mr.Paul Dinakaran was disqualified from the list of S.C. Judge Postings.
Because he had vast land, earned through the sourses known to him.

But according to law, he should have resigned from the C.J. post  he is
currently holding and offered himself for an enquiry, prove himself innocent
and join SC as Judge!

Please advice if it is necessary that he should quit the C.J. post that he is
currently holding and offer himself for an enquery?
