In my opinion i fell Sharabjit Roy or someone like Krisharaj rao or anyone else
who is well versed with RTI should be recommended for the said post,
even though i have been in the field of RTI since 2003 i would not consider
myself to the post.although some persons were to put up my name
i told them not to do so. for the following reasons
1. being an ex merchant navy officer I have been away from my family for
27 years.
2. I have been to Delhi and stayed there for a month the climate does not
suite me.
3. I need to be with my family
4. having helped many file RTI applications, and myself attending about
100 2nd appeal pulling up PIO's in various fields including
EOW/Police force ,i will not hesitate to state that the EOW is no
better than Pakistans PM and President making u turns and giving vague
replies i have enough proof of same to substance my claim.while the
Pakistan PM and President dread the taliban, our PIO's SIC's dread the
politicians, SIC's are controlled by the bereaucrats/politicians
personally spend about Rs 30,000 from my pocket the full system stinks,
5. if ever i had the post of SIC or CIC i would not last long either shot
at or thrown out of the post as i would start cracking the whip from
day one
6. My frustration and anger knows no bounds
7. We need some one like late Indira Ghandhi to take charge of our country
except for one mistake operation Blue star i think she did a wonderful
job.may her soul rest in peace
