Btw the RAKSHAK Foundation's website provides scanty information. The sites appears to be hastily put together. Nothing much is given about the persons behind it and it's finances. And attempts made towards secrecy. Why so ? Would you care to ask them to be more proactive in their disclosures. Something in the line of sec. 4(1)(b) of RTI act.
