CIC WH bids goodbye to other IC's - with a little help from Romeo & Juliet:

http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Minutes/Minutes20102009.pdf

The meeting ended with the Chief IC announcing his intention to resign and in
this context quoting from Shakespeare's `Romeo & Juliet':
"Parting is such sweet sorrow,
That I shall say goodnight `til it be morrow".

Won't Mark Antony from Julius Caeser be more appropriate ?

"The evil men do lives after them while the good is oft interred with their
bones."
