Dear Sir/Madam, Considering the great delay / uncertainty in granting me an appointment to meet Shri Consul, I am now convinced that it is futile to expect secularism from your Ministry. It is self evident that the MoP is a pit of corruption where only touts, fixers and other carpetbaggers like Ms.Aruna Roy, Shri Shekhar Singh etc are accorded privileged access. Accordingly, kindly treat my request for an appointment with Mr Consul as withdrawn as I have no desire to meet him now. If there are any fixed timings for daily darshan at Mr Consul's durbar, I shall queue up with the proletariat. For your record, I wish to specify that office of Secretary/ MoP has wrongly informed me that no such meeting took place as I had reported between Shri Shantanu Consul and Ms Aruna Roy and Ors.
