The reply received. The meeting was held on 8.9.2009. The Unanimous decision to challenge the judgment of the single judge of the High court of Delhi in WP (c) No 288 of 2009 dated 2.9.2009 was taken in full court meeting of Hon'ble the Chief Justice & all the Hon'ble Judges of the Supreme Court except Hon'ble Mr. Justice H.S. Bedi.
I am asked to send Rs.2 to get true copy of the extract of the meeting.
