Not surprisingly the CIC was not represented when the matter came up in the SC - they dont even have a copy of the Contempt Petition or any idea of this notice. CIC has asked me to use my contacts in SC to procure a copy for them. I am likely to get a copy of the contempt petition in a few days, and shall share it with the group too.
