All my requests for 'Photographing' are invariably rebuffed by the PIO/FAA duo. IN one case I got a favourable decision wrt Photography from ICAD. I think the following is a classic decision with good applicability, though it was delivered in 2006. http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Orders/Decision_03082006_1.pdf This is wrt to photography in my own case. http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Orders/AD-23022009-06.pdf In any case you have to limit your videography only to the allowed information. You may never be allowed to go on a shooting spree. I was stalled yesterday by some corrupt officials from video recording their work under RTI on an order from the FAA. Recent decisions will be more useful. Thanks in advance. Rakesh Agarwal
