Dear Mr Habibullah, Kindly put a muzzle (preferably with a leash attached) to your assistant Mr Shailesh Gandhi to prevent him from embarrassing you and the Commission in public.
If Mr Gandhi wishes to disagree with the well settled directions based on reasons of Commissioners far better experienced and qualified than him in implementing the RTI law, it is always open to him to refer the matter to you for a full bench (ie. all Commissioners) to be constituted to settle the matter - instead of expressing his disagreement with his peers in his orders.
