Sarabjit ji, 1) This has nothing to do with religion & politics. This RTI was after reading in the newspaper about long waiting list of RTI applicants. In fact the newspaper cutting was attached to my RTI application.
2) I do not think anyone can dictate to anybody what RTIs he/she should file. It is upto a person & his curisoty about any matter under the sun. 3) The RTI was marked to GAD of Maharashtra & they have marked to the concerned people. It is for GAD to decide which dept they should forward it to under section 6(3). 4)- Noted. 5)Thanks for the info. It is upto you. If it is a threat you are giving I think you have chosen a wrong person to issue threats to. Anyway I myself will stop posting on this group.
