The Very reason of My friend calling Me is that There is A small Link to the
Resort Called Rooster Located Near Mysore and this Friend of mine but rather
The reason I am Putting this Mail on board is another link Larger to the news

WELL AS PROFFESSIONAL OF THESE THREE JUDGES AS ALSO THEIR aSSETS & LIABILITES
sTATEMENTS , aNNUAL pROPERTY rETURNS INCLUDING THAT OF THEIR CLOSE RELATIVES"
I Very partcularly Remember My Good Freind MR S Anand Popularly Known as ACF
Anand , Had Immediatly on RTI Act 2005 enacted made Two RTI Requests One Being
Dexclaration of Section 4.1.b which the Karnataka high court had not made by
12/10/2005 (this was even Picked By the Great Prakash kardaley and Half a page
article appeared in The Indian express Pune) finally Leading to Karnataka high
court falling in RTI Line , But On the other RTI which is more Volatile , I
understand that Till today Both the PIO in Karnataka High court and PIO of the
supreme court are avoiding Giving the information.
My Curiosity is Now arosed because What will happen to the RTI Request of Mr C
J singh in the light of delhi high court Orders .
will Mr Anand throw some light ??
