Our work on Christ Deemed University through RTI and Subsequent follow up with
UGC and GOI has Yielded Results . This Deemed University in Bangalore which
has till now evaded Replies to RTI stating that "not withstanding" , Central
information Commission Delhi Declaring that they Come in RTI Ambit , They will
not Reply and have Returned Our RTI request And IPO are Now in the list of
Deemed Universities Made By Central Government Before supreme Court for
Cancellation of Their license as Deemed university .

We Had taken up the Non refund of Fees Paid By two girl students by This Christ
deemed University of Nearly Rs 85000/- Each after They never joined the Course
and No refund was Made inspite of UGC Orders and Supreme Court orders In
similar Cases .
Now we will Send Our entire correspondence to supreme Court also
