Dear Friends I intend filing RTI with the Charity Comm. as to know how the funds are being used. I have a feeling that certain NGOs are not utilising them fruitfully. I hope I will not be harming them. Please send address of the Ch Comm dealing with Mumbai and suburbs.What type of questions can be asked?
