Great - this issue needs to be raked all across the country for huge amounts
are being gobbled up. As per contracts, the Contractors and engineers are
duty bound, if not should be made duty bound as in pother countries, to
provide the life for which the road is designed.

New techniques being adopted are saving costs but open to more malpractrices
and large amounts are being looted. Each road user, even from villages
should wake up and start questioning the work being done.
