Dear Sarbjit ji

You are right, speedpost is ideal for RTI misusers.

Meanwhile, I was just clarifying that we cannot always keep track on
indiapost.gov. in for our articles as expected by Mr Bunch.

May I have the Delhi Govt Dept to whom we can send RTI thru India Post CPIO.

DDA
Delhi Police
MCD?

Regards

Lalit

Dear Lalit,

Why are you complaining ? If what you say is true, then Speedpost is ideal for
RTI users - especially the misuers. The only thing we need is a physical
Speedpost receipt showing a date / time. The law presumes that it will be
delivered in 72 hours within Delhi / NCR.

Or use the CPIO route of IndiaPost. 5 days extra is allowed, no need for any
extra speedpost charges - you just pay Rs.10 as the application fee, and I have
always got a confirmation of onward transmission from IndiaPost within 5 - 6
days.
