Several complaints directly to the CIC Mr W. Habibullah and one RTI application later, I was informed that she has indeed passed "hundreds" of orders. However, since her staff is computer illiterate, her orders have not been uploaded on the CIC website.
Although her orders have still not been uploaded, the net result was at least some action: http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Minutes/Minutes19012010.pdf Agenda Item1: Enabling online uploading of the decisions of the Commission – A presentation. The proposed facility of uploading decisions of ICs by their staff through CIC online was approved. Training on the technicalities required to be imparted to the designated staff for the purpose. A detailed circular in this regard may be issued. ....... Till date, no circular and no uploading....
