Dear All,As per RTI Act, there is no provision for a review of an IC's Decision
nor is there a provision for a Full Bench Appeal. Please guide me as to the
sureshot grounds on which one can put up a Full Bench Appeal in case Second
Appeal before a Single IC's Bench has been dismissed. In my opinion Ihave very
strong grounds asthere was another Single Bench decision (by CIC Wajahat
Habibullah) on an exactly similar second appeal by another appellant,
