And also by his quotes at the end of every page of his orders....... The main problem with Prof Ansari is that he thinks that he is like the Pope - only to appear twice a year on his balcony - once when he wrote about the RTI Awards and now about this Delhi HC order. Why doesn't he use similar talent in his orders ? Most of them are the copy/paste variety.
