Mr Raja,Permit me to say something on the matter.At Apollo Bundar (Next to regal Cinema) is the biggest Police HQ in Maharashtra, that of the Maharashtra Police.At Dhobi Talao, which is near the erstwhile Crawford Market, now known as the Jyotiba Phule Market, is the HQ of the Mumbai Police. As indicated by Sarbajit, for which he provided a link also, the PIO's Office is located in the HQ near Jyotibha Phule Market. As I can see, the Dadabhai Naorojee Road office is the same as the one near Jyotibha Phule Market. If you see Google Maps, the DN Road starts from near the Himalaya House and extends upto Flora Fountain.
