Delhi High Court has recently passed an order stating that court trial and probe by department can go hand in hand. Can anyone help me in getting that citation. Can I use it in a case where proceedings are going on in CEC, Supreme Court in which Min. of Environment and Forest have given in their report that the officials of Forest Department are hand in glove with the timber mafia and misusing the hak hakookl system and felling excessive trees which are being sold in the market. I wnat FIR s against the officers of Uttarakhand. Can anybody advise? Regards JP Dabral
