The CIC website has been down for almost 1 day The error message returned is "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)" and a Error 400 is returned.
http://rti.india.gov.in/ however, is opening up OK but "http://rti.gov.in/"; returns the same Error 400 message as CIC website.
