Hi Evan,

Well, the integration can be done easily by the REST interface, you can get 
some info of the REST in the following link 
http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/REST, you can also do some integration via 
mail using the extension RT::Extension::CommandByMail 
(http://search.cpan.org/dist/RT-Extension-CommandByMail). 

Depending on what you want to do exactly, you could have other solutions.
