I'm getting the above error after including the RT::IR plugin in
RT_SiteConfig.pm
This is a clean install of both rt 4.2 and rtir 3.0.
Any suggestions?
RTIR 3.0 only runs on RT 4.0.x for x >= 14, so you want RT 4.0.18.
