Greetings, I would really appreciate your help, I am using Debian 7 with RT 4.2.3.
I installed RT IR 3.0.0

But can't activate the extension.

I tried with:

Set (@Plugins, 'RT::IR');
Set (@Plugins <invoke://1,default:0,eyJ1cmkiOiJ0d2l0dGVyOmNvbm5lY3Q6QFBsdWdpbnMiLCJkYXRhIjoiUUZCc2RXZHBibk1BIn0=>, (RT::IR)); Set (@Plugins <invoke://1,default:0,eyJ1cmkiOiJ0d2l0dGVyOmNvbm5lY3Q6QFBsdWdpbnMiLCJkYXRhIjoiUUZCc2RXZHBibk1BIn0=>, (qw(RT::IR)));?

Note:
?"In Rtir readme, the required packages section specifies RT 4.0.14 or later "

Thank you very much for any reply.

"Designed for use with 4.0"

RTIR 3.0 doesn't work with 4.2, I believe.
