Doesn't appear to have been updated since the 3.8 days, it's still in the old subversion. http://svn.bestpractical.com/RT-Extension-TicketAging/ I don't really expect it to work properly on 4.0, since most of the functionality should be replaced with proper use of Lifecycles and shredder. -kevin
