Hello,

I have introduced
custom statuses for Incident queue such as working and suspended in Lifecycle 
section of the RTIR
config file.

 

When I want to
change a status from open to working, the UI does not display like the
following:-

Working Incident # 3

 

But instead it
displays:-

Incident #3: Reply
to All

 

Can anyone advise me
how to display the custom status name before the ticket number?
