Hi, I am trying to work through the 4DROOSTER example using the POPI patient images ( http://wiki.openrtk.org/index.php/RTK/Examples/4DROOSTERReconstruction) but I am getting stuck when extracting the respiratory signal using the amsterdam shroud.
