This is exactly what this code demonstrates on simulated data. One
thread takes care on the online reconstruction (InlineThreadCallback)
and the other fills in a stack every time you have a new projection
(AcquisitionCallback). Why do you think it does not exactly that?
Other RTK users (mainly companies) have implemented this in different
manners but the idea is there.
