Prefer the mailing list (cc) for your questions. rtkSARTConeBeamReconstructionFilter can use the GPU by setting GPU forward and backprojectors, simply set the adequate projector. For example, check rtksart <https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/blob/master/applications/rtksart/rtksart.cxx> the command line options <https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/blob/master/applications/rtkprojectors_section.ggo> CudaRayCast, CudaVoxelBased are used to set GPU projectors. CudaVoxelBased is the most efficient BP but CudaRayCast is matched to the corresponding BP. Cheers, Simon
