Hi, I haven't done it but you should be able to do it with JosephForwardProjectionImageFilter <http://www.openrtk.org/Doxygen/classrtk_1_1JosephForwardProjectionImageFilter.html> by setting your own TProjectedValueAccumulation instead of the default one <https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/blob/master/include/rtkJosephForwardProjectionImageFilter.h#L110-L142> .
