Hi All. this is a simple and a yes/no question
Is you use a semaphore is RT-linux to protect a piece of code, and a thread try
to enter while another is using that piece of code the thread is syspended. But
what is I use a spinlock? is linux kernel space this will cause a busy wait,
but will the same happen in RT-linux.
The reason way I am asking is that subdevices i comedi is protectet by
spinlocks.
