I clicked on the link for downoading the documentation
ftp://ftp.rtlinux.com/pub/rtlinux/v3/
and I get a "can't display page" from my browser.
I'm also getting it for the "RTLinux and Prepatched Kernel Link"
ftp://rtlinux.com/pub/rtlinux/v2/rtlinux-2.3-pre2-prepatched.tgz
If this is a genuine problem with our server, it should be fixed ASAP.
But if this is simply because the ftp-server can't accept any more users,
there should be an HTML page sent that notifies the user of this state
because the current method is confusing.
