I've been developing a moderately high speed data acquisition application in
rtlinux, and I'm fairly sure that none of the boards comedi supports come
anywhere close to 10 - 20 MSamples /sec. I'm using a board from UEI
(www.ueidaq.com) which will go up to 2.2 MSamples/sec, but that is the fastest
board with rtlinux drivers that I know of....
