Hi All,
Iam trying to design a scheduler algorithm that would be useful for handling real-time voice. I would like to experiment on the different scheduling algorithms available for "adaptive bandwidth reservation" for multimedia, like the proportional share(PS), Earliest deadline first etc. in the RT-Linux. Since Iam new to the RT-Linux, Iam not sure if the scheduling algorithms are easily alterable in the RT-LINUX. Can someone throw some light on how hard it would be to write such schedulers from scratch in the RT-Linux. Can the scheduler algorithm be changed dynamically using some means as the system is up and running. Any help, suggestions, references .... would be of much help. thanks, Sai. -- [rtl] --- To unsubscribe: echo "unsubscribe rtl" | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] OR echo "unsubscribe rtl <Your_email>" | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- For more information on Real-Time Linux see: http://www.rtlinux.org/
