Hello !

We have made a new release of MCA2. Here comes the changelog:
- kernel 2.4.16 supported

- timing in linux and windows area scalable. For simulation purposes timing
can be scaled in order to test slower and faster execution.

- Blackboards integrated. Mass-data (pictures from fram-grabbers or data from
laser-scanners) cannot be managed by edges. Therefore networktransparent
blackboards have been integrated into MCA. Implementation is stated beta.
It works on Linux and Windows. Implementation in RT-area is on the way.

- debug-messages (look at debugdefs.h and localdebug.h) are now level-based.
Users can determine a level on startup in order to filter unnecessary
  debug-messages.

- MCAGUI plugins: The plugin-mechanism of the MCAGUI works stable and both
  under Windows and Linux.
