If that is the case (which I know it often is) your system is not a
hard real-time system. But what's in a word :-) It could indeed be
good enough for your task.
But no RTOS will support sharing interrupts at the hard real-time
level. You can of course do it yourself in your ISR, and then can take
advantage of code that exists already in projects such as the Linux
kernel or Comedi (if I am not mistaken).
