Hello,

I am interested in developing a real-time graphics
application that will update the contents
of the framebuffer every 10 msec.
It is absolutely mandatory that this refresh rate is
kept steady with absolutely no frames dropped.
I was thinking of using SDL under RTLinux.

1. Has anyone tried this?
2. Is there any other solution to guaranteeing a fixed
framebuffer refresh rate in SDL?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

3. Also, has anyone purchased the $1,000 RFLinux/Pro
Development Kit (Binary) ? What are the advantages
over the $50 OpenRFLinux/GPL CD. Please be specific.

Cheers,

Nicolas P. Cottaris
