[rtl] linux 2.1

Is there a patch for recent 2.1 kernels? the one for 2.1.90 doesn't work at all
I'll try patching 2.1.90 with RT-linux and then work up to 2.1.126 if i have to
but if someone already did a patch for a more recent kernel there's no need for
me to do it again :)
