It's not you, I get the same thing using Netscape 4.5 on both Linux and
WinNT, and with IE4 on WinNT. Something is definately wrong with the page,
but you can still do a "view source" and manually dig out some of the links
(there is some HTML code in there even though it doesn't show up on the
screen).

Hi!
Is there something wrong with the rtl-website? All I get is the top logo
and the message:
No Frames Version...
The rest of the page is blank. This is the page that I get bumped into
"by default": http://rtlinux.cs.nmt.edu/~rtlinux/homepage_noframes.shtml
I have never had any problems in the past, until now.
I am using Netscape 4.05 on SuSE 5.3.
Suggestions? Comments?
