Send me the detail about the counters and triggers.
I have successfull performed dual micro loop ISR's outside for RTL with
success to 33 microseconds (very useless) under SMP.

As not to flood the list, please do this on the side.
I still some do astronomy with 1P21 PMT's with cascaded pulses, blah blah...
I assume that we are talking two axis motion wobble plates/mirrors?
