Hi Tomasz:

The included file is rtl_matvec, a C++ written module. The original code is by
Itedo Ishibashi as well. I had problems
with the Makefile as I'm not familiar enough with the intricaties of g++, so,
this is almost a 100% C++ written module.

But it works and you can use it to test the new and delete operators :)

A C++ guru may want to achieve "sheer elegance" by fixing the Makefile. so we
get a 100% C++ module.
