Aside from the usual hiccups installing _Linux_ on a laptop, I don't
what features of RTL would cause any added trouble. I have had RTL
running for almost a year now on my 486 laptop, a Compaq Contura.

I have only used RTL on my laptop for development, and not an actual
"real-world" situation, but this may change soon. Can anyone here comment on
what PCMCIA DAQ cards they have gotten working under RTL?
