[rtl] beta3 testing.

Hi All
I am trying out the beta3 from NMT

Please note the following ;-

1/
the beta3.tgz file is extracted thusly

tar xvf beta3.tgz  it is not zipped.

2/
Ignore INSTALL when it suggests 2.2.7 use kernel 2.2.9



I'll add to this as I find more
